At Frank Hyder Studios, we want your experience to be as delightful as our art. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us and initiate a return. Whether it’s a change of heart or a sizing issue, we’re here to make it right.

Refunds or Store Credit? Your Choice!

  1. Full Refund: You can receive a full refund, processed in the same way as your original payment.
  2. Store Credit: Prefer to explore more of our art? Opt for store credit—it’s like having creativity in your pocket.

Return Process

  1. Ship It Back: The product being returned must be shipped back to Frank Hyder Studios at the expense of the buyer. We highly recommend using a reliable shipping method and be sure to include insurance to fully cover the value of your product. It’s always recommended to use a shipping method that will provide tracking information from the shipper.
  2. Inspection: As long as the product is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped—unused, undamaged, and with all its artistic glory—the refund will be issued promptly.
  3. Damaged in Transit? Insurance to the Rescue!: If the product is damaged due to shipping (by the shipper), we’ll assist you with the processing of the insurance claim. But, the Customer is the person who must initiate any insurance claims and take the primary responsibility of following up on any insurance dispute with the shipper. Once the claim is settled, you’ll be entitled to a full refund or credit toward a replacement—your call! We are here to help.
  4. Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs related to the shipping of your product or the shipping costs related to any return shipping that may be necessary, will be deducted from your refund.
